Our creative and fun programs using music (EL Create), football (EL Play) and Lego (EL Build) are designed to enable children to have experiences and opportunities to learn leadership and life-skills first-hand.

Why Does Every Child Need to be a leader?
Our Theory of Change?

Evidence proves that education can lead to improved human development indices like improved health, reduced poverty and child mortality.

But what enables individuals to make ‘right’ choices – ones that take responsibility for improving our combined futures? This is at the heart of our theory of change.

And we believe that strong leadership skills are vital to creating choices as well as making the right choices.

Programatic Strategy

Sustained in-school interventions​

We build meaningful and sustainable impact in each community that we serve. Our programs are at least three-year in-school interventions for students beginning at 8 years, in government or low-income schools.

Process and outcome oriented ​

Our curricula and pedagogy use active learning principles and tools such as journaling, reflections and discussions for every lesson. Each program has a mid-year and end-year showcase or performances built in too.

Coeducation and group-learning focused​

Our programs facilitate safe spaces to enables both boys and girls to build healthy and positive relationships and work together. This plays a crucial role in breaking stereotypes and promoting gender mainstreaming. 

Holistic transformation through parent and community engagement​

We build relationships with parents, school authorities, local Panchayats and local communities. This helps students relate experiences and learnings from the classroom or playground with their real lives. 

How We Enable
Leadership?

A unique framework on leadership underpins each of our program, setting competencies in skills including problem solving, creativity, analytical thinking, collaboration, communication, ethics, action and accountability. Our carefully designed programs in music, football and Lego enable children to learn these valuable leadership skills.
