The National Finals of ELEVATE 2025, Enabling Leadership’s flagship event, concluded with an inspiring showcase of talent, resilience, and leadership. Held in Bengaluru, this two-day event brought together over 800 underserved children from across India, giving them a platform to compete, learn, and grow through football, music, and LEGO-based innovation.

It was the culmination of a six-month-long journey, starting with 10,000 children from different regions participating in qualifiers. From local competitions in cities and rural towns to the grand national stage, these young minds demonstrated the power of opportunity, proving that leadership is not bound by circumstances but driven by vision and determination.

₹25 lakh in scholarships were awarded to 200 students

For the first time in ELEVATE history, scholarships were awarded to students from winning teams, ensuring they have access to higher education. This initiative reaffirms Enabling Leadership’s commitment to nurturing future leaders by providing the necessary resources for their continued growth and success.

In addition to performances and competitions, ELEVATE 2025 featured panel discussions on crucial topics such as Climate Change, The Future of Jobs, and 21st-Century Skills. These conversations, led by industry experts and thought leaders, provided valuable insights for both students and attendees.

The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Ms. Sumithasri Eranti (Chairwoman, Schaeffler India), Mr. Ajith Singh (CEO, Feeding India), Mr. Anup Mishra (Senior Director, Oracle Cloud), Mr. Kishore Kumar (India Philanthropies Head, Microsoft), Terry Phelan (Retd. Premier League player & Technical Director – South United FC) and many more, reflecting the collective effort to empower the next generation.
