By harnessing the connections and experiences built during your onsite mentoring in India, create compelling narratives for outreach, supporting Enabling Leadership’s programs and helping raise funds to empower your team of 10 EL children to rise above poverty.

The program offers you an immersive experience in digital outreach (online mode). During the program, you will be guided to document your journey through photos, videos, and stories, creating powerful content for fundraising campaigns and for social media platforms. This positions you as a proactive leader who can inspire global change.
Enabling Leadership’s Global Ambassador Program (ELGAP) is a unique Youth Leadership Development program for high school students that recognizes service as a proven, powerful medium to develop leadership skills. The program involves mentoring, fundraising, and digital outreach activities, specifically designed to help you cultivate essential 21st century leadership skills.
The ELGAP Immersion Program offers high school students (grades 10 & 11) an unparalleled opportunity to develop leadership skills in a real-world setting. This unique program starts with a 10-day onsite mentoring experience at select schools in Bangalore, India, where Enabling Leadership’s transformative programs are already in action. Post the onsite mentoring, students get the opportunity to complete their balance mentoring hours, fundraising and digital outreach modules through the online mode.
How Does the Program Work
Choose from among the three ELGAP verticals: FOOTBALL (SOCCER), LEGO, or MUSIC
Complete your application and onboarding formalities.
You will be assigned a group of 10 underserved students enrolled in EL programs in Bengaluru, India who you will mentor and help them improve their music, football (soccer) or Lego skills during the onsite mentoring followed by online mentoring.
Organize a fundraising campaign to empower your team of 10 EL children to rise above poverty, enhancing your own financial planning & persuasion skills in the process.
Create a strong narrative using blogs, posts and awareness campaigns on the need to give every child the access and opportunity to develop life skills.
Earn recognition, move up the ELGAP Leaderboard.
