Donation Refund Policy

The Foundation takes utmost care to process all donations—both online and offline—in accordance with the donor’s instructions. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrect donation or if a donor wishes to request a cancellation, the Foundation will review and respond to the request within 30 working days of receiving a valid refund request.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).

How to Request a Refund

A donor may request a refund by sending a written request to the Foundation’s official email address or registered office within 1 day of making the donation.
The request must include:

  • A copy of the payment receipt
  • Donor’s name and contact details
  • Donation amount, date, and transaction reference
  • Reason for requesting the refund

Unauthorised Transactions

If a donor believes that their debit/credit card or bank account was used without their permission to make a donation, they must notify the Foundation within 3 days of the transaction.

Final Decision

All refund requests will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees. The decision of the Board to approve or reject a refund will be final and binding.
