The Foundation takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, both online and offline.
However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his/her donation, the donor is expected to send the Foundation a written request to [email protected] requesting for a refund within 10 days of making the donation.
Please update the individual’s bank details along with payment receipt for initiating a refund.
The Foundation will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request from the donor for refund or otherwise.
The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of payment instrument(credit card/ internet banking etc) used during the transaction. .
The decision of the Board of trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and binding on the donor.
